    Avamere at Sandy is nestled among majestic trees in a residential neighborhood with primary access to Sandy’s unique transportation services.

    Our community offers richly appointed common areas, like our delightful ice cream parlor, that are available for socializing and family gatherings. Enjoy leisure activities like scheduled outings and country rides in our 15-passenger van hosted by activity staff. Three gourmet meals are served daily, restaurant-style, from a varied menu selection in our elegant dining room.

    Within a warm and comfortable setting, residents in our Alzheimer’s/memory care neighborhood are assisted 24 hours a day by trained caregivers and behavior support staff under the direction of a licensed nurse. A lovely fenced courtyard provides outdoor access for residents to enjoy independently.

    Must be 55 or better, have enough funds for at least 1 year before spending down to Medicaid.
