    Located at the base of Mt.Tabor Park, in SE Portland. We are located close to I-205 just off of Division Street, close to medical facilities, in the residential neighborhood of Mt. Tabor. A range of services are available- retirement living, assisted living, and memory care are located on one campus. From group excursions to daily exercise, there is something for everyone! Our staff are dedicated individuals with a heart of compassion and caring, you are sure to feel welcome as you walk through the doors.

    Staff certifications and training:
    All staff are required to complete criminal background checks, and Insight Testing prior to employment. Caregivers may have completed Certified Nursing Assistant training/certification, but it is not required. Previous employment history working with the elderly is encouraged. On sight training occurs weekly (on an individual basis) and on a monthly basis (as a group). Specialized dementia training is also monthly. Continuing education is offered through Oregon Health Care Association seminars, classes, and workshops.
