    We provide individualized living options for adults with memory loss.
    About My Services
    We understand people suffering from memory loss need more than guided care. They also deserve dignity and respect. At ElderHealth and Living we work to honor patients for who they are and who they were.

    Our residential care includes a unique campus environment made up of 10 homes accommodating up to 11 residents each. Our campus and philosophy of caring embraces each person's unique emotional, physical, social and spiritual identity. We offer individualized care as their needs change over time.

    ElderHealth & Living works collaboratively with family members and health care providers to determine the best solution for each person under our care. Our residents include people of all from backgrounds.
