West Hills Village offers private independent apartments with a package of services which include housekeeping, utilities, scheduled transportation to medical appointments, all meals, and lots of fun things to do. We encourage new residents to enter while still independent and then "Age in Place" in the same apartment. When personal care services are needed, our staff brings assistance (like help bathing or medication) to the apartment without a move to another building or floor. The best feature, though, is Anytime Dining. Residents choose the time they wish to dine, where they wish to sit, and what items they want to eat from the menu. A special is offered at every meal or 30 other choices/substitutions are available on the alternative menu. At West Hills Village, it is always your choice! At West Hills Village, every apartment features a garden or forest view. No one views the rush of the main road, Multnomah Blvd., as it is hidden by trees and lush growth. Offering studios, alcoves, one and two bedroom apartments, West Hills Village accomodates southwest Portland seniors in the style which they have been accustomed. As the next step from home, West Hills Village offers supported independence in a safe setting. Whether a senior needs more socialization or privacy, exercise or relaxation, independence or support, West Hills Village is the answer. Right next door, West Hills Health and Rehab offers rehab after surgery or illness at the skilled nursing level. Medicare and most insurances are accepted. Also, long term 24-hour nursing, up to the highest level, is available at the West Hills Health Center, with either private pay or Medicaid.
