    We are dedicated to providing twenty-four hour a day personal service to the elderly, assisting them in daily activities thus enabling them to maintain their active, independent lifestyle. We provide each resident an opportunity to enrich and enjoy their lives while being provided caring and professional assistance whenever needed. We understand and recognize the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our residents and respect their rights to a full and independent lifestyle. Resident's are continually assessed to assure their needs are being met. Our goal is to promote a resident's self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize independence, choice, dignity, privacy, individuality and a home like atmosphere.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Resident must be able to qualify for Medicaid or pay privately for the monthly services. Rent is prorated the first month for the time they are here and if they had a hold on an empty room. An admission agreement is signed and is based on a month to month rental agreement.

    Staff certifications and training:
    We have a Medicaid Contract with the Alzheimer's endorsement. We conduct a six hour orientation for our all new hires, plus two days of on the floor training with a trainer. They must complete an eight week new team member training class. Our medication administers go through 2 four hour training courses, 3-5 days of on-the-floor training and 3-5 days of shadowing with a current medication aid. We conduct an eight week training course taught off the floor for 1-2 hours a week. We do quality control audits monthly to ensure proper procedures are followed. Our Nurses and Administrators complete classes yearly to obtain continued education units to hold licenses. We have high standards and expectations and follow through to make sure those standards are being met.
