    We integrate each resident into the existing “family” structure that is in place at each home. They are allowed to bring their pet, belongings, furniture, etc. to help them in this integration. All four homes are within a 10 minute drive to St. Charles Hospital and many health clinics. All employees gave been carefully chosen and trained in geriatric care.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Residents must have private pay or long term care money for a minimum of two and a half years before they would be Medicaid eligible at the homes.

    CPR and 1st Aid (every 2 years) and 36 hour ensuring quality care class. I require 12 hours of continuing education yearly through local agencies for all my employees. Before hiring employees they must show that they have had 2 years minimum experience working with the frail elderly.
