    We are a small, personalized, home in a quiet residential neighborhood, easily accessible from Empire in N. Bend. 1 caregiver to 5 residents is a plus of our Class 3 Adult Family Home, which ranges from basic assistance to end of life care. We enjoy our residents! We have close access to medical facilities and the region is considered the hub of recreation in Central Oregon. Something for very one!

    This is a State Licensed Adult Foster Home and is in compliance with all the requirements of training and CEU included in the Administrative Rules for Adult Foster Care in the State Of Oregon. Our home has contracted professional staff trained in dealing with the needs of our residents.
