    Mount Alverno Center is a New York State approved Adult Home with an Assisted Living Program serving up to 85 residents. Our goal is for each resident to maintain a maximum level of independence. Individualized plans of care are designed to help residents reach their utmost daily potential. Services are provided 24 hours a day by a staff of caring professionals dedicated to our residents' comfort and safety. Conveniently located in the village of Warwick, our amenities include a beautiful dining room and chapel, a variety of interesting and stimulating activities for the mind and body, and an on-site beauty parlor. We have a beautiful enclosed garden and koi pond for our residents to enjoy. Each room and bath is handicap accessible and is equipped with an emergency call system.

    We have an Activity Department that offers activities throughout the day, seven days a week. We have a Bible Study Group. We also play Bingo every Friday afternoon and one evening a week. We have Pet Therapy on a weekly basis. We have a Pastoral Care department that will meet with the resident to make sure their spiritual needs are being met. Our Activity department also takes trips outside the facility to local attractions.
