    All staff are oriented to their job responsibilities; the residential requirements; the residents' rights and protections; all staff must meet the requirements established by the Department of Health, of which we are licensed. Schooling, licenses,certifications and references are verified; ongoing training and continuing education is offered, as needed and at a minimum each month. Characteristics and needs of a elderly population is a key theme of our training.
