    About My Business
    Fredonia Place is a senior living community providing assisted living and memory care services to 80 residents.
    About My Services
    Medication Assistance, Personal Care, Three Daily Meals and Regular Snacks, Transportation to Medical Appointments, Resident Activities and Outings, Shopping Shuttle, Maintenance and Housekeeping, all utilities included.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    All residents must be able to feed themselves without assistance, transfer on their own, and walk at least 150 feet (walkers, motorized scooters and power chairs are allowed)
    Experience And Credentials
    All staff receive regular inservice training in Assisted Living and Memory Care through the Alzheimer's Association of WNY and Fredonia Place is licensed and surveyed annually by the New York State Department of Health.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Assisted living rates are based on the type of apartment (one-bedroom with or without outside patio/deck and two-bedroom with outside patio/deck) and start at $3,499 per month while Memory Care suites start at $3,596 per month and are based on the level of care provided. We are a private pay community but we accept the VA Aid and Attendance Pension benefit and long-term care insurance. All apartments have private bathrooms and the Assisted Living apartments are equipped with fully-furnished kitchens.
