Our aim is to have our residents remain in the community for the rest of their lives. If a resident can no longer live here safely or if skilled nursing is required we would assist the family in finding the best option. We do allow Hospice services to be brought in.
Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
Our memory care program is specialized by what we call INVEST. We INVEST in the individuality of each resident. We INVEST in a social environment that can create magical moments. We INVEST by offering specialized training for our team members and we INVEST by gaining a commitment from our families to remain involved with their loved ones. We get to know our residents through My Life My Story which informs us about the residents history and we get to know their families through Connections which is a monthly interactive social program.
