Long-term care at a state licensed residential care home for the elderly with licensed, fingerprinted, and experienced caregivers, administrators, office staff, and owner. We specialize in lots of activities to keep the elderly stimulated and still productive. Rates include utilities, three nutritious meals daily and snacks, special diets, housekeeping, medicine ordering and dispensing, and laundry. All care is personalized to fit the resident's needs. We provide security, comfort, and activities that enhance the residents' physical and emotional well being with coordination of care and medication planning with each residents' primary doctor. We work closely with several doctors and dentists that provide excellent care to our clients both in our homes and their offices. Care and beauty treatments, such as haircuts, perms, and hair colorings are performed in the home at a very reasonable price or at our local hair salon. We are conveniently located off Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo nearby doctors' offices, Mission Hospital, and shopping at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Prices start at $2500 shared room or $3000 for a private room depending on condition and needs. Prices are negotiated upon assessment of the needs and services required by the resident. Each home possesses Alzheimer's and hospice waivers so the resident will not ever have to move again if those conditions arise or worsen. We offer four homes close together, which provide a variety of activities and choices. There's a home for every level of care needed. The Administrator, who has been in the healthcare for the elderly industry for over 25 years, personally owns all homes.
