Fullerton Gardens is one of the most highly recommended memory care communities in Southern California for over 2 decades. Walking paths rose gardens, and patios in a secure environment help alleviate resident's stress and anxiety. Spaciousness, high ceilings, soft lights, warm colors and homelike surroundings help them feel free and independent. We offer specialized care as well as therapeutic activity program 7 days a week. We also offer both daytime and 24 hour respite care/short term stay. Our qualified professional’s staff includes licensed nurses that have the training and experience to manage medications prescribed by a physician. At Fullerton Gardens, we have a commitment to the preservation of each resident's independence, dignity, and sense of self. We developed a program that focuses on enhancing the resident's physical functioning through mobility training by a Restorative Nursing Assistant. This program focuses on maintaining the resident's independence and strength through daily walking, exercise, and range of motion modules. Each resident involved with the RNA program is assessed daily to ensure that they are functioning at their optimal level. A deep understanding of the resident's needs, and innovative approaches to meet them, are the cornerstone of Fullerton Gardens' Alzheimer's care program. We work closely with Health Care Professionals in order that we may keep our residents with us for as long as possible an ideal for the remainder of their lives. We also offer Hospice Care. Today, Fullerton Gardens, a Good Neighbor Care Community continues the tradition of quality personalized care. Our goal is to maintain resident's highest levels of functioning and independence. Our qualified caregivers receive specialized ongoing training in this field.
