    I am the administrator; I am a CPR instructor, EMT-T. I am an instructor in diabetic classes, first aid. I have an RN and LVN on call. We have a smoking room; day room with TV, VCR and DVD; coke machines, located 18 miles from Waco; Dr. within 6 miles; emergency services 6 miles; fire department 6 miles.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Must have a physical within 30 days of admissions; must be able to pay at least $1000 month or go in the CBA-CCAD program. Must be ambulatory. No incontinence. Must be able to exit building within 2 minutes and feed themselves.
