    Very pleasant, active community combining 75 unit retirement apartments with a 67 unit licensed assisted living facility. Fully integrated in all meals, activities, events, etc, keeping the daily activity level very positive for all residents. Aging in place philosophy has seen many residents transition over time from retirement to assisted living as the needs dictate.

    Eligibility requirements:
    30 day lease for all residents. 30 day notice required to vacate. Respite apartments when vacancy permits. Family accommodations when vacancy permits. $500 non-refundable community fee.
