Lynnwood is a twenty room facility that can house up to 40 total residents. We are a Large Type B Facility Licensed by the State of Texas. Lynnwood is located in Tahoka a small rural town in West Texas. We are 30 miles south of Lubbock a larger city that offers a large variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and extensive medical care. We take pride in our residents being healthy and happy and just a tad pampered! The staff at Lynnwood is dependable with the majority of us having been here since we opened in November 2001. Our facility is conveniently located next door to the Lynn County Hospital District which operates with two Family Practice Physicians and two Nurse Practitioners. Our facility offers daily activities and exercise. The local community provides several music programs every month. A family and resident christmas party is held every year with wonderful attendance. In the summer we hold a family and resident bar-b-que complete with home made ice cream.
