We are a private home in a private neighborhood on a cal-de-sac. We are unique because we have a home atmosphere. We have a beautiful backyard with many birds and squirrels. A beautiful front porch and a nice back patio. No steps. My husband and I and an aide cater to our residents and their personal needs. We use the help of Home Health Care Professionals. We take our residents to their doctor's appointments, to church, and the senior citizen center. We are licensed. Our aides are trained and sub-providers with DADS. We have private and semi-private rooms. A wheel-chair accessible bathroom and shower. We have a garden and flower beds. I play the accordion and organ. We play CD's with every meal and in the early mornings. Alzheimer residents in their later stages confined more to bed can listen to music they enjoy. Our residents get individualized attention. We work with the family, and doctor for the residents maximum potential and level of functioning. We find out what their interest are and provide to their level of skill in that area. We are a member of the BBB.
