    Rockwood Lane is nestled among the pines in the historic Rockwood residential area. Its gabled roof and lattice brick exterior were designed to complement the traditional flavor of one of Spokane's oldest neighborhoods. Rockwood Lane residents purchase an Occupancy Right to their unit with payment of an initial occupancy fee. Units are resold by Rockwood Lane, and the resale proceeds less a 10% reserve for refurbishing, resale and administration cost are paid to the resident or the resident's estate. Units start around $90,000 and go up to about $350,000. Rockwood Lane has 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units, with 1, or 2 baths. You must be 65 years of age or older for these units. These units have varying features such as: Private decks, gas fireplaces, washer & dryer, dens, spectacular views, and much more. There are also 16 cottage style homes with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths, and 2 car garages, with some having basements.
