    Highlights
Located in northern Pinellas County, The Allegro is included in the Tampa Bay area and has easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants and cultural activities. The community is adjacent to a preserve which offers residents a natural setting with wildlife and tropical foliage. Deer often drink from a pond behind the property, walking paths wind around the building, a putting green is available, gardening is encouraged and many enjoy bird-watching. Residents may choose from six different floor plans including a studio, four one-bedrooms, or a two-bedroom/two bath. Most apartments have a screened-in patio or balcony. From the moment visitors step inside, they are impressed with the comfortable atmosphere. Inviting decor, use of warm colors throughout and the high standards for maintenance and cleanliness create this welcoming environment. The 3-story building offers amenities on each floor including a club room, theater, a full-service beauty salon/barber shop, wellness center, fitness room, arts and craft room, and library. Friendly staff who have a passion for helping seniors adjust to their new home as well as managing day-to-day challenges, roll out the red carpet for each resident.
