    If in fact a resident has been determined by a physician or mental health practioner to be incapacitated and or a danger to self or others would lead to discharge. Our policy is to promote "Aging In Place" by determining appropriateness of continued residency based on a comprehensive review of the resident's physical, functional and mental status, if it has been determined by the administrator that the resident requires more services or care than we are able to provide even with third party services, in accordance with our policy and criteria for continued residency would be reasons for discharge.
