    Heron East is a 112 bed Assisted Living Community with a full time Activities Director providing a daily activities program, a full-time Resident Care Director and specially trained care staff.

    Basic room rates include:
    • 3 meals + snacks each day
    • Transporation to appointments and errands

    • Furnished Room if desired
    • Daily room tidying, with thorough weekly housekeeping and linen change

    We offer private studios for all of our residents, including Medicaid residents.

    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We work easily with residents with early stage Alzheimer's/Dementia as long as they are not a flight risk or combative, and still enjoy a community atmosphere. We are not a secured facility to unable to accomodate those who wander or need specific Memory Care environment.

    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Room and Board rates range from $2100.00/mo to $2400/mo. Level of Care fees start at $250/mo and go up to $1000/mo for someone with a very high care level. Medication Management cost is $300/mo.

    We accept private pay residents, also residents who are on the Medicaid Nursing Home Diversion program and the VA Aid and Attendance Program. Many Long Term Care Insurance policies also cover assisted Living fees for qualifying participants, see your policy for details.
