We are a family owned and operated facility. We are family oriented. This is a small facility where everyone can get extra attention and are not lost in a high capacity facility. We have someone onsite 24 hours a day and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) available 24 hours. Management is involved with the clients on a daily basis and have an open door policy where clients can come in and speak to them regarding any concerns, ideas, suggestions, etc. they may have. We handle all appointment scheduling, transporting and accompany the client to any appointments necessary. Activities are promoted, encouraged and customized to the person’s level of ability to function. Meal suggestions are implemented into the meal schedule. Recreational park next door, walking distance. Shopping trips as requested. Regular outings scheduled (i.e. beach, BBQ, park, etc).
