Rose Manor is a small home setting, with a hands on owner who is the RN. I have owned the facility 15 years, references available. Long term staff, who provide hands on personnel care. Due to the home setting we are aware of any problems a resident may be having immediately. The RN accompanies residents to physician visits when family is unavailable and updates POA.
