    Summerfield's atmosphere provides individual as well as shared activities in its more than 84,000 square feet. Just some of the offerings include, entertainment, intellectual, nature activities, holiday and special occasion celebrations and heath and fitness activities. Dining at Summerfield often includes guests and is perfect for any celebration from birthdays to reunions. All aspects of exceptional dining includes particular attention to presentation and nutrition. Effcient service with a smile and beautiful surroundings produce satisfied residents. Ten foot ceilings and French pane windows enhance a bright and open feeling. Designer accents make any of our units a special choice. We offer units ranging from single room studios to 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with kitchen. Summerfield residents enjoy optimal amenities and deluxe services. They live a diversified life which includes family, friends and neighbors. Individual attention by our social director is a priority. Commitment to details makes every day at Summerfield special. Personal care has been integral to Summerfield's master plan from the begining. Daily assistance is available for residents when needed. An emergency call system alerts the staff when help is needed. Two special needs dining rooms are available for residents who require assistance while dining. Summerfield offers three personal assistance programs. The first is our Enhanced Independent Program. This is for the resident needing assistance due to poor vision, light physical impairment, forgetfulness, or a need for support with personal grooming. The second is our Orchid Terrace program which was designed for our residents who are physically frail but mentally allert. These residents are in need of regular assistance with ambulation and incontinent care. These needs are met in a wing specially prepared to meet this residents needs. The third program is the Palm Terrace program. This program is designed for the resident with Alzheimer's and related limited memory disorders. It is provided in a comfortable, attractive and secure environment. Summerfield residents live active, fun-filled lives with the security and knowledge that personal care is consistently there for them if needed.
