    Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to introduce you to: DuCharme Estates Assisted Living Residence. We are happy to be a family owned and operated business. We would like to request that we be considered as a viable option when a loved family member may be in need of Assisted Living Care and services. DuCharme Estates is certified by the department of Elder Affairs as an Assisted Living Residence. We are licensed providers for group Adult Foster care (Mass. Health /Medicaid subsidy), which utilizes both social security-G and Medicaid funds. We are listed in the Mass., Alfa Guide for Assisted Living continuing care retirement community guide; Mass., Health. I am certain that we can make any and all arrangements to make your loved family member comfortable and happy here. Philosophy and Mission We at DuCharme Estate have as a philosophy and mission to provide physically and cognitively impaired individuals of all ages personal health related services that are required to enjoy a happy healthy life in a home environment. Our home environment will aim to maximize independence, privacy, dignity, and empowerment as well as afford caring friendships. All necessary supports will be provided in a caring family environment to ensure safety and well being for all residents.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Assisted Living Certification through the Mass Department of Elder Affairs(DEOA). Certified through the Commenwealth of Mass Medical for Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC). Certified by Commenwealth of Mass Department of Metal Retardation. Staff minimum requirements are CNA and/or 54 hour in house training, approved by the DEOA. Minimum 10 hour per year contiuing education offered.
