    Ruth's is located on the lovely wooded campus of Jewish Geriatric Services in suburban Longmeadow, adjacent to the larger city of Springfield. Jewish Geriatric Services offers an integrated system of care to elder citizens living in the facility. The ambiance of Ruth's House is homelike and friendly with many new residents rediscovering friends from their childhood or younger years already in residence. Ruth's House offers its residents the comforts found in friends, shared traditions, and customs.

    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    The Garden Level Neighborhood is a secure environment with an enclosed outside courtyard and porches serving individuals with AD. Staff support residents in Acitvities of Daily Living, Nutrition, and leisure pursuits. A certified pastoral counselor is available.
