    Orchard Hill at Sudbury is a small home-like residence with an intimate scale and unique residential setting located on a ten acre site near the historic Wayside Inn. The award winning, elegant farmhouse style mansion has spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments in the midst of beautifully landscaped grounds and an orchard bordered by a stream and surrounding neighborhoods. A full range of personal care services for the health and wellness needs of individuals or couples in included in the monthly base fee.
