    Horton's PCH is a Personal Care Home that concentrates on the health and well-being of each resident. We strive to make the home as lovely and as comfortable possible so each resident feels at home, and they are. We provide meals, medication management, personal care assistance and much more.

    Experience And Credentials
    The Administrators were trained through local colleges offering certification in health education for professionals. Additional training included the Commonwealth of PA Department of Public Welfare Office of Social Programs, and regular certification by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. The Staff are trained in Food Safety, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, Diabetes Training, Direct Care courses and Annual Continued Education.
