    Highlights
    We have guardens and courtyards avalible to our tenants with ducks, pheasants and kittens. We offer daily acitivities and our community is very invovled with our tenants. Our home health agency is located in this building and is staffed with RN's (M-F) and on call 24/7. Madison AVenue Apartments is attached to a long-term care facility for easy access to activities and visiting loved ones that are residents. There is also a satelitte clinic in the assited living staffed 4 days per week.
