    Vista Pacifica Center is a 108 bed, long term care skilled nursing facility with a special treatment program geared toward assisting your loved one to their highest level of functioning. Our special treatment program teaches skills in the following areas: medication management, motivational groups, impulse control, group counseling, individual counseling, social activities and daily ambulation. Our philosophy is based on the belief that with appropriate psychosocial rehabilitation, mentally disabled individuals can assume increased responsibility for themselves and their behavior. We specialize in managing behaviors in the following areas: potential for danger to self or others, resistive to care, hitting, yelling, cursing, severe agitation, anxiety, depression, hallucinations, delusions and thought disorders which interferes with daily functioning. We are located in west riverside with easy access to the 60 highway.
