    Highlights
    We have 26 apartments ranging in size from efficiencies to two bedroom with two bathroom apartments. We are able to provide homes for individuals or couples with varying needs for assistance. Our staff focuses on individualized care and respects each person's preferences. Our lovely Dining Room and two Activity Rooms provide areas for small and/or larger group meetings for tenants with families, card clubs, or friends.

    Staff certifications and training:
    This Housing-with-Services facility offers personal care for individulas who need assistance with ADL's or medication management as well as household management and/or meals. 2 meals/day are included in the cost of rent, as is weekly housekeeping and flat laundry. We are staffed to offer one paerson assist with transfers only. We do not have or use lifts and do not provide 2 person assist with transfers. Staff do not feed tenants and we do not prepare therapeutic diets. Individuals need to be able to choose from the foods offered to successfully manage dietary needs. Unlicensed staff on days or evenings are NA/R's. Some overnight staff are trained to specific tenant needs but are not NA/R's. An RN trains, orients and supervises unlicensed staff. Each tenant's care is supervised 14 days after start of care, and then at least every 62 days. An RN is available on-call to direct staff 24/7/365.
