    Oak Springs of Warrenton is a 130-bed, dually certified Medicare/Medicaid skilled nursing and rehab facility. Oak Springs has been privately owned since 1972.

    Oak Springs of Warrenton provides comprehensive skilled nursing or short-term services for people who require in-patient rehab after hospitalization.

    We also provide long-term nursing care for those that need continuous assistance and supervision with activities of daily life.

    Oak Springs of Warrenton provides a specialized and secured care unit and focused programs for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
