    Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab is a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving the needs of Henderson County and the surrounding area. We take great pride in our home and the care we give to our residents. At our facility, we recognize and value the worth, dignity, and the privacy issues of the residents whose health care is entrusted to us. The medical staff is dedicated to serving the needs of the resident of Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab. Many of our employees have been with the facility since it opened. With continuing education and training, our staff remains up to date on new and improved medical procedures, treatment, and care. We want our residents to remember the past, enjoy the present, and look forward to the future. Our caring and professional staff strives to make every resident feel that this is indeed their home. Our beautiful and excellently maintained home features: intimate rooms with lovely views and a 1600 sq. ft. activity and dining room that is a focal point of our facility. It offers your loved one a place to feel safe and comfortable in a homelike environment. We offer Occupational and speech therapies; physical therapy; respite care; 24-hour a day professional health care by a caring and dedicated staff; private and semi-private rooms; planned recreational and educational activities; daily activity programs; social worker services; adult day care; three delicious and nutritionally balanced meals a day, with between-meal snacks; special diets as ordered; day room and living room for comfortable leisure hours; regular religious services and Sunday communion; hair salon and barber shop on premises; personal laundry services; linens and housekeeping services and weekly van rides.
