    We are the newest Nursing Home in Brownwood. We are a modern facility with vaulted ceilings and an open "wagonwheel style" nurses station. We have beautiful, award-winning grounds. We are conviently located in Brownwood's medical center complex across from Brownwood Regional Medical Center. We offer in-house therapies performed by licensed, compassionate staff. Families are encouraged to visit our facility with an unrestricted visiting schedule. We want every individual to feel as if they are the only person we have to care for so that we can meet the needs of each person at our facility.

    Staff certifications and training:
    We offer a course to acquire C.N.A. licensing in house. All direct care is performed by either Student Nurse aides who have completed the minimum hours as required by D.A.D.S. prior to testing or are C.N.A.'s We also have C.M.A.'s; L.V.N.'s and R.N.'s on staff. We follow and exceed the required ratio of staff to residents care guidelines.

    We have a "Curious Cat Program" for persons who have a known tendency to wander or are an elopement risk. We have the "Red Triangle Program" for persons who need thickened liquids. We have a certified Activities Director who participates in the Plan of Care process for every resident.

    We have musical groups that perform monthly at the facility. We also have a group that conducts a Bible study every Sunday at the facility. We are located in the Medical Center Complex of our town which gives quick access to the hospital and physician offices. Our Activity Director hosts Bingo and other group activities weekly.
