    Welcome to Golden LivingCenter - Golden Age. We are a skilled nursing facility located in Tomahawk, Wis.     At Golden Age, we offer a variety of health and wellness services, including short-term care for those who are recuperating after an illness or surgery. In addition, our services include wound care, stroke rehabilitation, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. We are conveniently located less than five miles from Sacred Heart Hospital.
