    Highlights
    Country Care, Inc. is a privately owned facility. The owners are Martha Hegarty and Tammy O'Donnell, a mother and daughter team. The owners frequently stop in to visit the residents and staff. Our nursing home has excellent rehabilitation services and we pride ourselves on being able to send many residents back into the community after therapy. Country Care, Inc. has a specialized Alzheimers Unit. Special Activities are scheduled every month or as the season permits for all residents, such as Casino trips, shopping trips and fishing trips. Social Services, Activities, Laundry, Maintenance, Dietary and 24 hour nursing care are provided. Country Care, Inc. is located in the country, which provides a great opportunity for nice quiet outdoor time. Gardening and other outside activities are encouraged.

Van rides in order to view the countryside, care for babies (baby dolls), different activities for busy work- turning yarn, stirring with spoons, etc. Talking books, individualized activities and individual time with residents. Lower staff ratio with Alzheimer's residents.

Daily morning exercise group, crafts, cooking classes by the dietary manager. Librain comes with books frequently. Talking books are also mailed to the facility. Other activities and trips as desired.
