We also offer additional Amenities including - Private Medicare Suites, Marital Suites. All rooms have Satellite Hook-Up at no additional charge. All rooms have their own bathroom. 25 Bed Secure Memory Care Unit with the option of private suites. Secure Patios. Short Stay Rehabilitation Unit with private dining room (brunch served every Sunday). Large Vegetable Garden planned by the Garden Club. Large Therapy Gym with therapy up to 7 days per week. On-site physician office. Consistent skilled employees with extensive education & training sets us apart from all the rest.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Nurse Aides are certified on-site for 105 hours of classroom & clinical training before working as a certified nurse aide. All employees receive 6 hours of Alzheimer's & Dementia Specific Training within 30 days of employment. In addition, all employees receive a minimum of 12 hours per year in-service education specific to their job, and an additional 3 hours of Alzheimer's/Dementia Training per year.

    Island Park Memory Care Unit - Including a secure patio with fountain, all doors are secure with key code entry/exit only. Full Time 7:00 am - 8:00 pm 7 Day a week Activity Program Staff. In unit Kitchen with some meals prepared by residents. Consistent Staffing who are trained in caring for residents with Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, and other memory impairments. Short Stay Skilled Rehabilitation Unit offering Private Suites, Speech, Physical, Occupational Therapy up to 7 days per week, and Skilled Nursing Services including I.V. Therapy, Diabetes Management & Teaching, Wound Prevention & Management Program, Nutrition & Hydration Management Program Large Marital Suites.
