    Highlights
We are located in a rural community. We have several different ammenties that we offer. We are a Critical Access Hospital with an Emergency Room, Lab, Radiology, Family Medical Practice and Pharmacy. Adjoined to that is our 40 bed Senior Living Center and our 6 unit Assisted Living wing. We have a very high nurse to patient ratio and offer very competitive rates. Our kitchen makes most of our meals from scratch so food is one thing that will never be complained about! We also have a Senior Support Group for Seniors who are struggeling with anxiety and depression. This is an outpatient service that offers group therapy by our in house therapist and medication management by our Medical Director. Stop by and join us for a tour. You are always welcome!
