    Located in downtown Gladstone, our facility offers a quiet, convenient
    and secure location for our residents and families. Inside the facility,
    you will find that our care team are not just coworkers, but a family
    brought together to meet the needs of each resident.

    At Avamere Rehabilitation of Clackamas, we provide a number of
    services that include sub-acute nursing, rehabilitative, and long-term
    care. We also we recognize the needs of residents and families when it
    comes to end of life care. In response, we have developed the Signature
    Suite, a private hospice room
