    Brian Center Nursing Care/St. Andrews (Lexington County, SC) is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that is conveniently located to I-26 and I-20. BCSA is designed to offer many areas for visiting, privacy, and socializing. Nestled in an established neighborhood; BCSA strives to offer a family oriented atmosphere to ensure excellent care for residents, family members, and the community. BCSA has two levels of care; those levels include individuals who potentially may need long term skilled nursing care or short term rehabiliative. The BCSA offers a comprehensive rehabilatative program that proves to have successful and postive outcomes so that individuals may return back home.
