    Highlights
Our rehabilitation and nursing team will provide compassionate care. Caring for the “whole person” comes naturally at Avamere Rehabilitation of Hillsboro, where our orthopedic, cardiac and
stroke rehabilitation programs, nursing care and therapies place a strong emphasis on the mental and emotional well-being of each patient. Part of our whole person care approach is the involvement of the patient’s family in developing a care plan, which is based on the life history and personal interests of each patient.

Unlike traditional long-term care, our community is designed for people who require a more complex level of skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation for a relatively brief time. The goal of our nursing and rehabilitation team is to work with patients to restore lost strength and build endurance as they prepare to return home.
    All genders welcome
