    Highlights
Frasier Meadows Health Care Center is the only not-for-profit skilled nursing home in Boulder County. We are also part of one of only 2 CARF-CCAC accredited communities in Colorado. We share almost 20 acres in South Boulder with the Frasier Meadows Retirement Community and Assisted Living, providing our residents with access to a range of services and amenities on one inter-connected campus. We are in a residential neighborhood and near shopping and easy access to both RT 36 and down town Boulder. We embrace the Eden alternative. There is a day care onsite that participates in intergenerational activities with our residents. While we are sad that we cannot invite residents of the Health Care Center to move their pets in with them, we do welcome pet visitors. We have a large enclosed court yard with a fountain and gardens tended by interested residents. In the summer we have regular outdoor barbeques, field days, small farmers markets, and evening entertainment and socials. While we do not directly employ Hospice, audiology, dental or visions services, there are providers of these services who come to our facility.
    All genders welcome
