    Excellent care, aggressive physical therapy program with state of the art equipment specifically made for geriatric populations. Special dementia/Alzheimer’s unit, in home dialysis with 24 hour respiratory tech., wound mat program, and on-going activities. Located in residential area. Certified nurse’s aid, registered nurses, and licensed practitioner nurse.

    Eligibility requirements:
    PVT/Custodial (1 month deposit) percent needed for any insurance. We are Medicaid a certified. We assist family/patient to complete and fill in Medicaid application. Need proof of income.

Ongoing family and staff in-services to strengthen skills as Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers. Functional maintenance and strength building through our comprehensive rehab program which utilizes or specially designed Nautilus equipment.
