    99-bed skilled nursing facility located near Beach Boulevard and the Garden Grove freeway (the 22). Welcome all nationalities, but have a Vietnamese speciality to better serve the local community. The patio is in the center of the building, so residents are able to enjoy being outside without the fear of wandering away. Key personnel, including the Director of Nursing Services, Activities Director, Physical Therapist, Medical Records Director, nursing aides, etc. have been here for more than fourteen years. Drop by for a visit!
