    Highlights
Avamere Rehabilitation of Lebanon is a skilled nursing community nestled in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Lebanon. Located close to Lebanon Community Hospital, we have been a valued part of this community for over 40 years. We provide a variety of services including rehabilitation and restorative care, 24-hour nursing, sub-acute medical treatment, respite and terminal care. We are proud to offer these services on a short- and long-term basis.

Our mission is to enhance the life of every person we serve. The goal to improve the environment in which residents reside and recover has led to a multi-million dollar remodel of the entire community. Our new building is equipped with electric beds, lift systems and unique therapy capabilities. In addition, flat screen TVs, roll in showers and individualized heating and cooling systems are in every patient’s room. As a resident of our community, individuals may enjoy delicious meals, become involved in entertaining activities, and have the opportunity to establish lasting relationships with the staff and other residents of the community. We look forward to making each individual’s experience as pleasant as possible.
