    About My Business
    Lutheran Community Home, Inc. is a continuing care retirement community located in Seymour, Indiana. We offer a variety of living options, including Independent Living garden homes or apartments, Assisted Living, and a Skilled Nursing Facility. We offer a secured Memory Care unit in our skilled nursing facility. LCH also provides a rehab to home program with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy available.
