    Highlights
    Modern single story care facility, that offers large rooms (approx. 300 sq.ft.), with open grounds and patio areas. Each room has a separate bathroom, is telephone and cable ready; and, has a large window providing views of the grounds. Dedicated to quality care, our experienced staff provide 24 Hr. Skilled Nursing, IV and wound care; including, wound vacs, secured care for Alzheimer's and related dementias, Hospice and full activity programs. Outcome focused Rehab Program, 7 days a week; includes, physical, occupational and speech therapy.

    Staff certifications and training:
    RNs and LVNs require CA State Licensure. Certified Nursing Assistants must have valid Certification from CA CNA Board. Staff are provided on-going training during Orientation and regularly scheduled In-service Training Programs, on both mandatory and professional topics.
