    Welcome to Golden LivingCenter - Fort Atkinson. Our skilled nursing facility is located in Fort Atkinson, Wis., only about half a mile from Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital and Ralph Park. In addition to offering compassionate, individualized long-term care, we also offer solutions for those recovering after an illness or surgery. Our short-term rehabilitation services will help you return back to your normal life as soon as possible.
