    Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene is nestled in a residential neighborhood in West Eugene and we provide rehabilitative care in a comfortable and nurturing environment. We understand the care decisions that must be made under difficult circumstances and often with little time to prepare than friends and family would prefer. Our skilled and dedicated staff provides personal and individualized care. We treat residents as members of our extended family.
