    About My Business
    Skilled Nursing Facility participating in the Medicare/Medicaid programs and contracted with several Medicare Advantage Plans, i.e., Humana, Humana Gold, Care Improvement Plus, ect. Facility offers Therapy in all three disciplines; PT, OT and SLP; weekly visits by a Wound Care Physician, Memory Care unit (14 beds) for females only.

    Private room rate $180/day.
    Room rate includes everything except medications, Physician visits and any medical supplies that may be needed.
